At ROTLENS, we stand behind the quality and innovation of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Condition of Item To ensure a successful return, the product must:

Be in its original packaging.

Have no scratches on the lenses or the frame.

The rotation/dimming mechanism must be intact and functional.
3. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at rotlenscompany@gmail.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address.
4. Damaged or Defective Items If your ROTLENS eyewear arrives damaged or with a mechanical defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
